However, what does this mean to the business owner? This mindset is healthy for company since employee ambition makes for tougher work, innovation and productivity. Today’s company owner is less able to change labels on a business chart. Work duties and direction thinking needs to be more flexible to make job descriptions less confining. Every position in the company must be open ended, how and way out must be clearly indicated.
But even excellent benefits and salary package doesn’t ensure that the worker will remain. Filipino workers who begin to feel boxed in or deceased finished will end up frustrated and definitely leave however great the fringe benefits are.
